Welcome to Toughest Kids!
Our goal: to make a difference in kids’ lives. Our focus: the toughest kids in the world…those with ailments, physical challenges, foster kids and the growing number of kids who have lost a military parent.
Clearing hurdles make you faster and stronger. A Toughest Kid’s hurdle is higher than most adults ever jump and occurs at an unfair phase of life.
Throughout the year, Toughest Kids holds various fundraising drives for projects and events with the targeted goal of making true, positive impacts in the lives of children. Donate today and help us make a difference.
Toughest Kids, Inc is a national organization created to expand on the original mission of the state-based organization, Mississippi’s Toughest Kids.
Our mission is to provide healing through life experiences for children with adverse circumstances, disabilities, and other ailments. This includes foster children, children with medically-related disabilities, and children who have lost a parent or immediate family member in combat.
We aim to provide these healing experiences through outdoor recreation as well as education of conservation and protection of the environment.
The long-term vision of Toughest Kids is to build a camp on donated property outside of Charleston, SC and elsewhere, and cultivate relationships to facilitate outdoor adventures throughout the Southeast.
Ultimately, we would like to offer annual events and unforgettable experiences for those kids in need of positive moments in their lives.
The Schell, Speaker, and Didier families make up the Board and currently direct efforts targeted toward enhancing the lives of kids in Georgia, South Carolina, and Florida.
