Stephen retired as a Major from the United States Army after serving for 21 years. While in the Army he held several Commands from the Battalion level down as a Army Aviation Officer.

Loren lives in Hartwell, GA and brings social media savvy and her experience as a teacher to the Toughest Kids board

Laurie is a 25 year teaching veteran who brings her experience as an administrator, classroom teacher, and mother to the board, helping TKI create positive opportunities for children.

David has for decades worked for many children’s charities and their causes as a volunteer camp counselor, mentor, reading tutor, event organizer, and fundraiser.

Carrie serves as Executive Director of Toughest Kids, a role she cherishes as her outlet to making a difference – one child and one family at a time.
